Behind every great player is a great coach, and in this country we have more than 4000 coaches ranging from the elite level, who work with our National teams, to the UKCC Level 1 coaches delivering Mini Squash sessions around the country.
This section of the site will provide you with all of the information you need to start your coaching career, whether you want more information about the types of qualification available, are looking to become a Licensed Coach, or want to browse coaching vacancies. You are also able to register for or renew your England Squash & Racketball Coaching Membership online. For more information on this use the Coaching Membership link on the left hand menu.

EduCare
England Squash & Racketball (ESR) recommends that all Squash & Racketball coaches working directly with children and young people in Squash and/or Racketball should have appropriate safeguarding training to be aware of their responsibility to promote best practice and protect children and young people from harm. ESR have sourced an online learning programme – NSPCC EduCare ‘Child Protection Awareness in Sport and Active Leisure’, an adaptation of the NSPCC ‘Child Protection Awareness’ programme suitable for all working in a sports or active leisure environment. The programme provides an excellent introduction to safeguarding children and young people and will assist coaches to recognise the early warning signs of possible abuse. The programme comprises four short modules with interactive questionnaires containing all the essential information required to fulfil duty of care. Following completion of the course, successful candidates receive an NSPCC certificate, valid for three years, to evidence learning.
