Organising a Competition
Competitions and events can be a great way to engage members and promote your club in the local community. This section of the website will be used to give advice and support to clubs thinking of organising squash and/or racketball events.
Application forms to host a Sanctioned Event in the 2011/12 season are now open!
If you would like to apply to host a Sanctioned Event please download the following application form.
The Mandatory Organisational Code is currently being revised and will be forwarded to all sanctioned event organisers prior to the new season. This code MUST be followed by all organisers.a list of rules and regulations that every tournament organiser must adhere to in order to run an event.
If you are successful with your application, your event will be advertised on our online Tournament Calendar and your tournament results will count towards junior players National Ranking.
The cut off date for applications to be included in the initial calendar is 13 May 2010. Applications received after this date will be accommodated where possible.

England Squash & Racketball will award Silver Event status by invitation only
Venues considered for a Silver Event MUST make at least 4 courts available for the duration of the event, be an ESR Chartered Club with the facilities commensurate with staging large events. The club / organiser should also have a rich history of running ESR Sanctioned Events.
There will be 7 Silver Events during the season and the dates are set within the calendar – successful clubs will be allocated dates.
Silver Event regulations are currently being revised to ensure these events run smoothly and efficiently – these regulations will be mandatory for all silver level events in the 2011/12 season.
