Comberton Squash Club in Cambridgeshire, held a ‘parent and child’ doubles tournament on Saturday 11th July for the Argicole Cup. The event is just one of the ways Comberton Squash Club helps encourage more and more people to get into squash. The doubles tournament was sponsored by Jeremy Cole of Agricole Ltd and was organized by Martyn Symmons and Mike MacNamee. The Agricole Cup was won by Martyn and Tom Symmons who beat defending champions Derek Fuller and Tom Blair 3-1 in a breathtaking final.

Comberton Squash Club does a lot to help juniors to get into squash; it has 12 qualified coaches ranging from level 1 to level 3. There is also a Saturday morning junior squash club where youngsters can turn up free of charge and get some coaching from a level 2 or 3 coach. The club is run in 3 sessions, beginner, development, and advanced. If you would like more information on the junior program at Comberton Squash Club, please have a look at the Comberton Junior Blog which has information on the times of the Saturday morning squash and dates of events like the Agricola Cup that are coming up : http://comberton-juniors.blogspot.com/
