Jenny Duncalf & James Willstrop Safely Through To The Quarter-Finals
Jenny Duncalf started her O2 appearance with a bang, racing to a 5-1 lead over Australian Donna Urquhart.
Hitting some great straight length duncalf dominated the early exchanges looking on top form winning the first 11/2 in only five minutes.
The second was much tighter with Urquhart coming into the game with a few great boosts and with the second poised at 7-7 it was match on.
Duncalf managed to take the game to a tie break with a great drop to the left hand side, the Aussie fought back though and took the second 13/11.
Duncalf again took control in the third, attacking more often taking a 9-3 lead before winning game ball with a delightful drop to the front right.
The fourth saw each the game going point for point with Duncalf again looking good at the front of court but Urquhart retrieving well at 10-10 the game could have gone either way but Duncalf wasn’t in the mood for a five game match and saw out the game 13/11 to take the victory and book her quarter final place.

James Willstrop emerged victorious in a physicl battle against Alister Walker from Botswana.
The 28-year-old Englishman weathered the storm to complete a 3/1 victory in 79 minitues. Willstrop finally completed a 9/11, 11/7, 11/7, 11/5 win.
He now faces Egyptian Mohamed El Shorbagy in the last eight.
