So, where to start? If you are a complete beginner check out the Getting Started page, think of it as a brief introduction to the rest of the Play section. If you have played before but the racket has started gathering dust, you might want to find out about Where to Play or have a quick read of the Rules, before joining the regular players in learning more about Training Tips and Health & Nutrition.
