Squash is a fun and exciting sport, so if you want to become the next James Willstrop or Jenny Duncalf, Mini Squash will get you started.

There are three levels for you to work through, starting at FUNdation and moving on to PRO as you spend more time on court.

What is FUNdation?
This is the first level of Mini Squash. FUNdation games teach you about two very important skills, movement and coordination. England internationals Nick Matthew and Laura Lengthorn Massaro are two of the best in the world at getting around the court.

What is IMPROVER?
This is the second level of Mini Squash. IMPROVER sessions involve fun games to teach you about racket skills. Practicing racket skills every day has made England’s Jenny Duncalf one of the best players in the world.

What is PRO?
This is the third and final level of Mini Squash. PRO sessions help you learn the skills and tricks that win matches. James Willstrop’s skill with the racket and ability to use tricks in tough matches have made him one of the most exciting players in the world.

How can I play Mini Squash?
Ask your parents to find a local club using our Club Finder, lots of squash clubs in England run Mini Squash sessions every week. Once you have found a club, all you need to do is get on court and give it a go. They might also like to browse the Parents section by clicking the tab above.
