Bio

England’s most successful junior player of all time has gone on to become a permanent fixture in the world top ten, and winner of eleven PSA tour titles. In 2007/8 James went on an incredible run that saw him reach five successive PSA tour finals, win the National Championships, and reach the final of the British Open. He has been a key member of the England squad since making his debut aged 19, winning two World Team Championships and six European Team Championships.

James won his first Super Series event in New York in January 2010 which saw him beat Ramy Ashour in the final, James cited his victory as his best win yet!

Willstrop was part of England's Commonwealth Games squad in Delhi 2010, he reached the final where he faced fellow Englishman Nick Matthew. Willstrop just couldn't quite match Matthew and had to settle for the silver medal which is a fantastic achievement.
