Job Expectations
We are looking for a well motivated, competent squash coach to join our team and take ownership of our squash department. David Lloyd Cheshire Oaks is conveniently located between the Wirral and Chester with a large membership base.
The successful candidate will take on the role of lead squash coach, responsible for designing and implementing a squash programme to meet the needs of our members.
We operate a payback system at our club involving the coach to undertake approximately two hours per week on court (term time) coupled with a one off annual retainer. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be expected to attend regular meetings and demonstrate the ability to grow participation within the department. In exchange for generating an income from their own private sessions.
